Arthur P. D’Egidio is a co-founder of Shah D’Egidio and has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims. Since starting Shah D’Egidio, Mr. D’Egidio has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including a $1.5 million dollar settlement and $1.25 million settlement, both of which involved victims injured by motorcycle accidents. As a result, Mr. D’Egidio has been inducted into the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Additionally, Mr. D’Egidio obtained $495,000.00 for a client that suffered injuries from a trip and fall incident, and $452,000.00 for a victim that suffered injuries resulting from a dog bite. Mr. D’Egidio’s diverse experience makes him a natural fit as the Department Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Practice Group.
Mr. D’Egidio has earned many awards for his outstanding legal service, which include but are not limited to Super Lawyers Rising Stars, Best of the Bar from the San Diego Business Journal, The Wiley H. Manuel Award for pro bono legal services, the Distinguished Service Award from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, and the Distinguished Lawyer Designation from the Expert Network.
Mr. D’Egidio attended the University of California, San Diego, from which he earned his Bachelor’s Degree, and attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. He is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
